You could be working for a leading regional law firm based in their modern office. You will be part of a successful and highly regarded team in Commercial Disputes and be part of a larger department covering a broad range of dispute work.
You will have a minimum of 4 years PQE’ in commercial dispute.
The Role
This is an exciting role with varied work and the opportunity to progress with excellent support.
Your tasks will include:
- Working on a broad range of litigation cases
- Claims for breach of contract
- Intellectual Property Matters
- Director/Shareholder disputes
- Partnership Disputes
- Reputation management
- Regulatory disputes
- Financial services
- Professional negligence claims
There is the addition to work on construction dispute, including adjudication work, and more specialist international litigation and arbitration cases, largely made up of shipping and logistics disputes, with an emphasis on commodities and insurance disputes. They are one of the few teams outside of London with the expertise to handle heavyweight international cases of this nature.
You will be:
- A UK Qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE
- Able to work autonomously.
- Able to work as a team on larger matters.
- Open to training to improve technical ability.
- Familiar with a case management system
- Comfortable with business develop.
