Our client is a single office law firm, who are the result of a merger between two highly reputable law firms in the Surrey area. Together they have over 80 years’ experience acting for individuals, families, small firms and large organisations. Due to a pending retirement, they have an opening for a Litigation Solicitor to take over their caseload and further expand and develop the department.
The role
You will take over an existing caseload which has a bias towards commercial disputes including property work along with some civil matters. As the sole litigator for the firm, this presents a fantastic opportunity for you to independently expand and enhance the department.
What they are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, manging your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
- Proven experience in business development
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
