The role:
Due to their continuous growth, they are looking for a skilled Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our successful litigation team, who has recently been awarded by STEP. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a firm that not only values legal expertise but places equal emphasis on creating an inclusive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities as follows:
- Handling contentious probate matters with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients.
- Representing clients in court, mediation, or alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated legal professionals.

What they are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5+ years PQE in contentious probate work. The salary will be commensurate with experience and the advertised salary is a guide only.
