Renowned their exceptional client base, including High Net Worth individuals, they specialise in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The role:

As part of the firm’s growth strategy, they require a dynamic and driven individual to take on the role of Head of Department, leading their already successful Employment Law division. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE, managing their caseload, and possessing strong business development (BD) skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the current department, mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilise your strong BD experience to further expand our client base, enhancing our reputation as leaders in employment law.
  • Lead a small team with the ambition to drive growth and success within the division.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years PQE in a broad range of Employment work, Claimant and Respondent, contentious and non- contentious.
  • Proven track record in business development, with a client-centric approach and a passion for networking.
  • Ability and desire to mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development.
