Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive 3 -6 years PQE
£50-60K dep on experience

Our client is a leading law firm in the South East, which prides itself on delivering quality and value to clients through continuous innovation, robust management practice and a commitment to excellence. They are a forward-thinking, ambitious law firm with a family ethos. Due to relocation, they have an opening in their Residential Property team and are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Conveyancer with ideally 3-5 years PQE, they are open to someone more senior.
The role
The residential property team use the latest technology to speed up the whole conveyancing processes and have expertise in a variety of areas. The team consists of 3 support staff and 8 other legal advisors including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Conveyancers and Paralegals. You will manage your own residential property caseload from inception through to completion. You will also be involved in business development and are expected to promote the Firm internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients.
Who are they looking for?
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE
- Ability to demonstrate competence in handling residential conveyancing matters independently with minimal supervision
- Able to prioritise your workload to ensure the delivery of excellent client services and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding agreed goals/targets
- Strong IT skills
- A team player who is willing to adapt and contribute to the success of the team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
