They are looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to lead and grow an existing team which consists of 2 solicitors and 2 paralegals. The work will involve elements of mutual will claims, charity disputes, negligence actions in respect of will drafting and estate administration, Executor and Personal Representative disputes, Lasting Power of Attorney disputes, Court of Protection disputes, statutory wills and Deprivation of Liberty actions. You will be a member of ACTAPS. You will have a track record of successful marketing and business development along with experience of managing people.
