They are seeking talented individuals form 2 years PQE to Equity Partner level as the department has grown significantly and requires an additional team of expert Corporate Solicitors.
The Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic group of legal professionals known for their technical knowledge and personable approach. Advising startups on corporate structures to venture capital investment, equity fundraising, strategic acquisitions, and exit strategies. The team is highly recommended by independent directories such as Chambers and Partners. Working for entrepreneurs, founders, management teams, institutional and high net worth investors, SMEs, large UK and international corporates, as well as domestic and international banks, the work includes:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Corporate Governance and Advisory
- Restructuring and Demergers
- Share Plans and Incentives
- Venture Capital and Private Equity
