They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated childcare solicitor with ideally at least 3 years PQE to join their team of 3 in their head office in SE London.
What is the role?
As a key member of this team, you will manage your own caseload of public children matters, including your own advocacy with a particular focus on:
- Public Law Outline Meetings – PLOs
- Care proceedings.
- Emergency Protection Orders
- Special Guardianship Orders
- What will you need?
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
- Experienced in all aspects of public childcare work
- Conduct own advocacy
It would be an advantage if you are a Children Panel Member or prepared to work towards
