Leading West London law firm with a young, energetic outlook and approach, is looking for an experienced Private Client Associate to join their established team.

The Role
The focus will be a mix of Private Client work; with an opportunity to extend into HNW clients. The firm has a long tradition of high-quality work for a range of private clients, and you will be a vital part of their continual growth.
- Drafting and advising on both simple and complex Wills
- Obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- The Administration of Estates
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Preparing General Powers of Attorney
- Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Obtaining Deputyship and Trustee Act Orders from the Court of Protection
- Advising upon the administration of Deputyship matters with the Office of the Public Guardian
- The formation, closure and administration of Trusts
- Inheritance tax advice
- On-going personal and family tax advice and Estate planning
Who are they looking for?
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE +
- Proficient in a wide range of Private Client matters
- Some experience in Tax and STEP preferable
