Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
£60k - £85k doe, + benefits

Top 200 law firm is looking to employ a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to add strength to the already successful practice and work closely with the Partner on complex matters. The role:
- Manage your own caseload with work including as follows:
- Commercial Leases
- Commercial Property Licence agreements
- Sales and purchase of commercial and mixed-use properties
- Working with Property developers and private investors
- Disposal and acquisition of commercial property within corporate transactions
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx
- 3-6+ years PQE with a broad scope of commercial property work
- Ability to work autonomously with support from Partner.
- Innate drive to succeed.
- Commercial driven and focused individual
- Enthusiasm for business growth through networking and marketing initiatives.
