Private Client Solicitor
£60-70k DOE + Benefits + bonus + Annual Ski Trip + 1-day WFH

Market leading, progressive Law Firm offering an enjoyable and vibrant working environment is looking for a competent Private Client solicitor to join their currently successful team. The firm offers a culture that is friendly, warm, and supportive and people genuinely enjoy working in the firm.
The Role:
- Manging an existing caseload of work ranging from the routine to the complex and challenging; providing services to a range of clients including HNW individuals and families.
- You will be providing services across the full scope of the following matters:
- Probate and Estate Administration, including advising on deeds of variation of the will or intestacy rules.
- Wills – advising on the best case for your chosen beneficiaries.
- POA’s including Ordinary, Lasting, and enduring POA.
- Court of protection applications and advise on statutory will applications; advice on other Court of Protection applications, such as having lifetime gifts approved for Inheritance Tax purposes.
- Trusts, including making gifts that fall outside your estate, providing for minors or planning for IHT.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3 – 4 years PQE or someone with less who operates at this level of PQE.
- STEP would be advantageous.
- Ambitious
- Ability to use your initiative.
- Team player
- Success with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organisational, communication and IT skills are essential.
