Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
£70 -£100k DOE
City of London, Hybrid - 3 days WFH/2 office
An exciting opportunity awaits a Senior Solicitor who is looking for an opportunity to lead and further develop a Residential conveyanicng team. Located in their city office, they are a leading Legal 500, Chambers ranked firm, with an established Residential property practice.
The role:
- Managing your own caseload of Conveyancing matters through exchange to completion, focusing on exceptional client service.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Developing new business in line with the firm’s business plans
- Leading and mentoring the team.
- Meeting and exceeding billing targets
Requirements:
- Qualified Solcitor with a min of 7 years PQE or equivalent proven experience.
- Some experience leading people and enjoy leading, supporting and developing people.
- Proven technical experience in a broad range of conveyancing matters, and ability to manage complex cases.
- Ideal candidate will have an established profile and following in the London and surrounding regions.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Ambitious and driven to make a valuable contribution to the growth of the firm and department.
- Self-motivated with an innate drive to excel/ pursuit for excellent.
