Commercial Property Solicitor
£65k - £75k DOE London, Hybrid working
Our client, a boutique city law firm experiencing rapid growth, is looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and proven Commercial property experience to join their team.This is an extraordinary opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing city law firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor. Role and Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work directly with clients from various sectors, including healthcare and education, plus various other businesses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a full caseload of a wide range of matters including sales and purchase of Commercial Properties, many of which form part of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Other matters include Property joint ventures, Commercial leases, refinancing, alterations and subletting, and property options.
- Collaborating closely with the Managing Partner and actively participating in existing and new business for the Commercial Property practice.
- New business development and networking with new and existing clients.
- Working as part of a close-knit, highly flexible team.
Requirement for the role:
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE, with a proven track record in Commercial Property.
- Manage own caseload and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Highly motivated and ambitious – must be committed to growth and success.
- An appetite for BD and networking
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative team player.
