Family Solicitor 3-5 PQE

An expanding multi–High Street Law firm is currently looking for an additional Family Solicitor for one of its offices just outside of Birmingham.
The role will include:
- Running and managing your own caseload
- Providing advice to the following areas: - Private Law Children Matters - Divorce - Financial Settlements - Separation - Domestic Violence - Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements - Cohabitee disputes.
- Dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters
- Taking new instructions
- Legal Research
- Advocacy
- Dealing with new enquiries and converting to Instruction
- Networking and Business Development
You will be:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- Be commercially astute.
- Have excellent levels of communication.
- Have a good academic record.
- Have strong IT skills.
- Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
- Commercially driven.
