A leading regional law firm with 2 offices in Kent have an opening for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE. The firm provides first rate services across a full range of practice areas to both local and national clients and is recognised as one of the premier regional law firms. Their 46 partners are supported by well leveraged teams of solicitors, and experienced support teams.
The role
You will be joining a team of experts made up of Partners, Associates and NQ Solicitors in Kent who act on every aspect of residential property work. They are highly regarded for the depth of their expertise working for local and clients in the Southeast. You will have responsibilities for dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish. There is an experienced team to support and allow you to progress.
- Freehold and leasehold – sales, purchases, mortgages, and re-mortgages
- High value properties (including large country homes and prestigious London properties)
- Listed buildings.
- Holiday homes and investment properties
- First time buyers
- Executor and attorney sales
- Court of Protection sales and purchases
- New builds
- Lease extensions and lease enfranchisement.
- Matrimonial and probate transfers
- First registrations of title with the Land Registry.

- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Qualified Residential Property Conveyancer
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
