Your experience working in Events, ideally Marketing Events from a law firm, is highly sought after by our client, who are a leading law firm. They are on the lookout for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join their vibrant team.
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating an exciting array of events that resonate with their global clientele. As part of the dynamic Marketing & Business Development Department, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Events Executive to craft memorable experiences, both in-person and virtually.
Your day-to-day will be a blend of creativity and meticulous planning, as you coordinate everything from seminars to client hospitality, ensuring each event runs seamlessly. With your expertise, you'll also manage client webinars, offering technical support and guidance to ensure smooth execution.
Flexibility is key in this role, as you'll navigate varied workloads and occasionally attend events outside typical hours. Your proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges will be invaluable as you contribute to their diverse marketing initiatives.
They are seeking someone with at least two years' experience in a similar environment. Your exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will set you apart. Previous experience with tools like InterAction and Vuture will be advantageous, but are not essential.
