Our client, a sector-focused global law firm located near Liverpool Street & Fenchurch Street, is in search of a Legal PA. This role requires active engagement and a thorough understanding of client needs to provide exceptional service to both lawyers and clients. The team primarily focuses on large international projects, particularly in infrastructure and energy sectors.
Additionally, the Legal PA will act as a workflow manager for other support services, overseeing tasks such as document production, file management, and copying/scanning work, and delegating responsibilities as necessary. It is crucial for the PA to maintain an up-to-date skill set and familiarity with the firm's groups, departments, key personnel, clients, internal systems, and procedures.
The position provides hybrid working arrangements, allowing for 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office.
Requirements:
- Two years' previous experience in a law firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, research tools, and other systems used by the firm.
- Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining professionalism and politeness in all interactions.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed by the job or business demands.
