Residential Conveyancer (part or full-time)
£50k - £60k DOE

Highly recognised, commercial high street, with offices in Surrey and SW London, are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer to join their esteemed residential property team. They have recently won a British Conveyancing award and have excellent recommendations for their conveyancing and other practices including Family, Private Client, Employment, Company Commercial and Dispute resolution.
The role:
The ideal candidate will contribute to their award-winning service with their expertise and dedication. The role encompasses a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and you will be responsible for managing a caseload including:
- Sales and purchase of Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity.
- Lease extensions.
- Leasehold enfranchisement
Requirements:
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification residential conveyancing experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all facets of property transactions, leveraging case management systems and software to streamline processes.
- Adeptness in maintaining regulatory compliance procedures, including familiarity with Lexcel and ISO standards.
- A genuine passion for property law, evidenced by a keen interest and ongoing commitment to the field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
