Senior Commercial Property Associate

My client is a highly recognised law city firm, renowned for their large and successful Property Practice, and who work with high value transactions and compete way above their weight. With a legacy of excellence and a commitment to innovation, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to enhance the value in their already exceptional team.
The role:
You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and support to their esteemed clientele. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and further your career in an environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run own caseload and advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
- Act as a second in command to Directors on larger transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents and agreements.
- Conducting legal research and staying current with relevant laws and regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Participating in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background
- 5- 7 yrs PQE broad Commercial Property experience, gained at a reputable law firm.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
- Previous experience in supervising and mentoring juniors in the team
- Technical competence to act as second in command to Directors on larger transactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Business development acumen and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
