£32k-£38k (performance Bonus) DOE
York Hybrid/Remote
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Conveyancer to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking law firm in their office on a hybrid basis. This is a new role and due to an increase in residential property work in this department.
The role will include:
Managing your own caseload of residential property cases Freehold and leasehold Re-Mortgages, shared ownership, and new build Liaising with other team members and the team supervisor Responding to clients giving regular updates Contribute to developments of the company.
You will be:
A Conveyancer, Solicitors, Legal Executive, or fee earner Be technically sound in residential property work. Be customer focused. Have clear and concise communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic
