Our client is an award-winning, full-service regional law firm with offices in Thames Valley and West London. They are looking for an NQ-2 years PQE Solicitor to join their Real Estate Dispute Resolution team which comprises of highly experienced lawyers who are dedicated solely to resolving both residential and commercial property disputes.
The role:
You will join an experienced team where some of their senior team members are independently recognised legal experts and are active members of the Property Litigation Association.You will provide a high-quality service to clients on all aspects of real estate dispute resolution including:
- Disputes arising out of residential and commercial leases
- Disputes arising out of the buying and selling of land
- Disputes arising out of encumbrances affecting land
You will be required to assist the team in its marketing and business development objectives, including activities such as attending client events, writing text/articles for the website and other publications.
What they are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor NQ-2 with experience in this type of work
- Strong academics with at least a 2:1
- Confident working on your own caseload and acting on a transition from start to finish
- Proven business development skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate, liaise and advise to a high standard and think laterally and commercially with and for clients
