Private Client Paralegal

Your passion for supporting clients through life’s important moments is highly sought after by our client, who are an excellent law firm. They are seeking a talented Paralegal to join their busy, well-regarded Private Client team. You’ll collaborate with a highly experienced team, providing support across a spectrum of wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and other estate-related matters.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries by phone and email with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, preparing documents such as wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney (with training and supervision).
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Help ensure a seamless transition for new client inquiries and guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Assist with opening new files, managing conflicts and ID requirements, and preparing all necessary documentation.
- Help with billing and financial management in line with the firm's procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with file management, post, and archiving.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with case or document management experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
