Gavin’s recruitment career started in 2012 after spending 15 years in corporate and private banking for some of the world's leading banks in London and ten years within the Banking and Legal recruitment industry mainly focusing on all levels of business support staff.

Gavin is now a Business Support Manager at LR Legal Division specialising in all roles within the business support function for London law firms and across the UK.
