Romel joined LR Legal in April 2022 and handles the Permanent Paralegal desk. He comes from a varied background in recruitment from Apprenticeships to IT/Technology and now most recently Legal Recruitment.

Romel is an honest and ethical recruitment consultant who tries to make everyone’s recruitment experience enjoyable and as smooth as possible, Romel is trying to break the stigma around recruitment agencies.

Outside of work, Romel loves spending time with his daughter and is a keen Chelsea supporter and tries to watch every game, He also likes to cook and play video games like Fifa and Call of Duty.
