Head of Commercial Property/Partner, London Bridge, £100k+ plus bonus and benefits

An exciting opportunity to head up the Commercial Property department for an industry leading firm, our client is looking to hire a new departmental head as its current leading Partner has moved into the Compliance team.

The firm, who is one of the largest high street firms in the country, currently has over 25 offices across the South East and an established reputation for providing accessible, affordable, personal service to their clients. They are a firm invested in their people and actively promotes and encourages equality, diversity and inclusion.

The role

An already developed part of the firm, you will be tasked with driving and expanding the existing team, working alongside the Divisional Partner who has big plans for the department.

The current team consists of 4 Commercial Property and Real Estate Finance solicitors, supported by trainees and legal secretaries, and you will be expected to lead and develop the team, driving forward expansion and new revenue streams.

Whilst you will be expected to run a small caseload, this position is not a fee earning role. There is a real focus on management, business development, client care and team growth and progression.

You will work with senior stakeholders to progress business development strategies, grow your team’s caseloads, clients and breadth of work and ensure the firm’s reputation is adhered to and upheld.
