HR Manager, £40k, London
Are you a proactive, experienced and confident HR Manager looking for your next challenge?
Our client, who has been recognised for their innovative use of IT, is an established leader in the industry and is renowned for their excellent culture, is looking for a full-time well-rounded manager to be based in their Whitechapel office.
This position is a stand-alone role and you will be required to carry out a full HR service to the firm which will include recruitment, managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, dispute resolution and absence, payroll, maintain and enhancement of staff benefits/well-being initiatives, development of HR policies and procedures and supporting the implementation of specific projects.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organised and efficient to be able to juggle the responsibilities of the role, will effectively promote the company culture and be able to work both independently and with team members as needed.

- CIPD qualified
