2x Childcare Solicitors 2-3 yrs PQE+ £40-50K dep on experience, Kent (remote working)

An award-winning internationally recognised legal practice in Kent who have a deep understanding of public sector business have an opening for 2 Childcare Solicitors to join their Child Protection group who prides itself on providing comprehensive and proactive advice, and support at competitive rate to local authority clients in all areas of child protection law.

The role

This is a great opportunity to be part of their specialist team. These roles can be fully remote and so have the ability for the right candidates to live and work almost anywhere in the UK with some flexibility in working hours.  There is also an expert IT support team to offer remote technical support.

Due to growth, they are looking for two qualified solicitors who have ideally 2 years PQE in managing their own caseload of public childcare law proceedings. Expert administrative support is on offer from a team of Legal Assistants and Secretaries to allow you to focus on a varying and engaging caseload, including some advocacy in the Family Courts before magistrates and judges.

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE with strong technical knowledge of public childcare law
• Good team working and collaborative skills
• Excellent client care experience
