Commercial Property Paralegal – £23-27K dep on exp – Oxted, Surrey

Our client, a highly reputable high street firm in Surrey, centrally located with excellent transport links have an opening for a property paralegal to support the commercial property team. There are excellent career prospects on offer for the right candidate.

The role

This is a great opportunity to support an experienced commercial property team who deal with all aspects of commercial property law including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases and land development.  They work with a wide range of business clients, Charities, Sole Traders, Investors, Partnership or Limited Companies etc.

Ideally you will have previous commercial property experience, but they will consider a paralegal with strong residential experience.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and assist other members of the team and be able to work autonomously.

What they are looking for

• Property paralegal who has at least 1 years’ experience in commercial property, residential property will be considered
• Demonstrate a passion for property law
• Professional and hardworking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing with a positive attitude.
