Commercial Property Paralegal 18-22K, Uckfield and Hove

Our client is a full-service law firm operating from 5 offices, retaining a strong regional presence across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. They have over 100 employees including 17 partners with significant growth over the last decade.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic paralegal to support 3 commercial property fee earners across 2 locations. There will be an element of remote working.

The Role

The role involves closely with the Commercial Property team in their work which encompasses the Healthcare sector, Rural Business & Agriculture and Commercial Property practice. You will work with clients who need support in managing commercial property interests, ranging from private investors and developers to businesses that are looking to secure commercial premises.

Who are you?

• Paralegal with property experience, ideally commercial though residential will be considered
• Possess a positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Team player who engages effectively with people at every level
