Remote Commercial Property Lawyer, 5 years PQE+, £60k + Bonus

 

The client:

A three office, traditional Legal 500 Law firm based in Surrey.

The role:

The experienced and well-respected team works with a wide range of clients with property interests in the UK and overseas, including developers, investors, and pension funds. They deal with a wide range of property transactions and structures, in addition to acquisitions, disposals and leases.

• Property development
• Easements Investment
• Joint ventures
• Land options
• Landlord and tenant
• Property portfolio management

You will be managing your own caseload with the support of the team.

You will be:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive 5 years PQE +
• Solid experience in Commercial property legal work
• Experience working directly with clients
• Able to work unsupervised
• Work to deadlines
