An exciting opportunity has become available for a 1-5 years PQE Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm based in their Surrey office.

The role:

• Managing a caseload of freehold & leasehold residential sales and purchases
• Liaising with clients and outside organisations in relation to transactions
• Assisting in marketing and business development
• Drafting contracts efficiently and accurately

 

You will be:

• A 1-5 years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong experience of dealing with residential property matters and clients
• Ambitious and committed individual
• Organised and accurate approach to work
• Competent IT skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
