A well-regarded Corporate Law firm with two offices based in London and Kent is currently looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their London Office.

The reason for the vacancy is due to growth in the firm.

The role:

• Leading a team of fee earners
• A wide variety of work predominantly in the Southeast and London
• Some focus on high value properties and agricultural
• Supporting junior members of the team
• Dealing with many high-profile clients across media, law, and sport; with a focus on building relationships and ongoing client contact
• Business development and networking interest

The person:

• Partner, Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Residential Property experience
• Experience of HNW residential property work
• Technically strong
• A proven track record of responsiveness and high client care will be key to this position
• Prior experience of agriculture and new build is desirable, though not a necessity.
