We are honest and upfront with our clients and regularly reiterate the importance of finding the right fit for the firm, rather than going with the first square peg that can be somewhat moulded to fit the round hole.
Many candidates have misconceptions about recruitment agencies – that we are perhaps focused on the client’s needs rather than yours, that we don’t have access to all jobs or that we might try to push you into a role that isn’t the right fit for you.
