Our client has clearly been in expansive mode recently, due to the inward work. With an exceptional real estate team, they continue to expand their caseload in this area. Acting for a range of significant clients with a niche in the leisure and hospitality space, they are always keen to grow in this area, and are looking for a junior associate to join the London team. Priding themselves on their client facing culture, this is a very well-run and happy ship, and this position is worthy of your attention.
What is the role?
- Working with 3 partners, 4 associates and support teams, the role is focused on estate management for large property portfolios, working with asset managers including lease interpretation, licences and neighbourly issues.
- Property acquisitions from leisure and hospitalities, investment portfolios, offices and high street retail and restaurant units. The niche clients included many household names within this industry.
Who are you?
- 2-3 year PQE Real Estate Solicitor/Associate
- Experience within the leisure and hospitality industry is desirable however a desire to learn is more important
- Thrive in this client facing role
- Ambitions to move up within the firm
