Our client is a growing business providing legal services to business and private clients. They have an opening for a solicitor with 8 years PQE to join their conveyancing team and handle their own dedicated caseload from inception to completion. The department caseload is varied, giving you the opportunity to experience a wide variety of residential conveyancing work.
The role
They are looking for an ambitious and experienced solicitor to join their expanding Conveyancing team. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical ability, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Able to deliver a high volume of cases within residential conveyancing to high standards.
- Effective file management and good client relationship management
- Takes ownership for business development – maximizing current relationships and developing new ones.
- Consistent achievement of key performance indicators for commercials & financials
- Meeting high compliance and risk management standards
What they are looking for
- Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a residential conveyancing. Candidate will not be considered if they do not have relevant experience.
- Excellent File Management
- Experience of handling a busy residential conveyancing caseload with responsibility for the file across the full life cycle of the transaction.
- Adept and confident using case management systems and other support systems incl. client accounts software, search systems, land registry, completion monitor, lender panels, etc.
- Strong Business Development Skills
- Proven track record in meeting individual fee income targets.
- Proven track record in business development and networking.
