Our client, a law firm in the City, is seeking an Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team. You'll be joining a group that currently includes a Senior Learning & Development Manager and a Learning & Development Adviser.
Your role will involve ensuring equal access to learning and development opportunities across the global network, while also offering guidance on career progression and assisting in delivering regional and international learning needs. The position requires flexibility regarding working hours.
Though regular office hours span seven working hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, occasional Learning & Development events may be scheduled outside these standard hours.
