Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced eDisclosure Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating eDisclosure projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing the collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data in legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand eDisclosure requirements for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of eDisclosure projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee data processing, review, and production activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows and technology solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to legal teams on eDisclosure tools and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in eDisclosure project coordination or similar roles within the legal industry.
- In-depth knowledge of eDisclosure technologies and platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
