Surrey Highly recognised, commercial high street who are Legal 500 ranked, with offices in Surrey and SW London, are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Family Lawyer to join their esteemed Family team. Their preference is for someone to be office based, however, there can be flexibility for the right candidate.
The role:
- The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private family law including:
- Divorce and separation including financial arrangements
- Pre and post nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Cohabitation disputes and issues relating to children
Requirements:
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE dealing with private family matters
- A genuine passion for family law, evidenced by a keen interest and ongoing commitment to the field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
- Great IT skills and able to us a case management system and software
