£30k-£55k depending on experience.

The Role

To undertake an existing caseload of Residential matters:

• freehold/leasehold
• sales and purchase
• new build
• shared ownership
• remortgage
• transfers of equity

 

The candidate:

 

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer at least 2 years’ experience
• Highly organised and fully conversant with conveyancing procedures
• IT literate
• Pro-active team player with excellent client care and communication skills across all levels
• Able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Competent to work alone
• Strong personable skills
• Proactive and confident
