Dispute Resolution & Employment Solicitor 2 years PQE +
£45 - £55K dep on PQE
Maidstone, Kent – hybrid following probation.
Join a well-established firm with a strong reputation in Kent. Contribute to a busy dispute resolution team operating from two offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2/3 years PQE, although junior solicitors with robust pre-qualification experience will also be considered. Strong communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running are essential. Candidates should be confident in handling a diverse caseload of dispute resolution.
The role
Reporting to the Partner/HOD you will manage your own caseload from start to finish which will include a variety of dispute resolution and employment matters such as contract and property disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant, employment disputes and civil litigation.
Candidates must have:
Sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Strong communication skills
Excellent IT skills and the ability to operate a case management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
