New Malden, Surrey – Office Based
Our client is a traditional, established firm of Solicitors with an excellent reputation. They are looking to boost their Private Client department with a further Solicitor ideally with at least 1 years PQE.
The role
You will join a team of 3 and manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of private client matters which may include:
Will drafting, both simple and complex Estate and tax planning Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax advice Trusts Probate and Estate Administration Lasting Powers of Attorney
What they are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE
- Proven ability to manage own caseload of private client matters
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, clear thinking and able to carry out case work accurately
- Practical, calm and common-sense approach to problem solving
