Birmingham plus hybrid working exciting opportunity to join a contemporary, forward-thinking law firm.
Excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor who is either Children Panel or Family Panel accredited to join their expanding team. They will consider candidates who are looking for a supervisory role who are willing to work towards the panel accreditation.
Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing legal aid firm in the UK specialising in Family and Care Law. A contemporary, forward-thinking expanding law firm looking to boost their department with a Family/Care Solicitor with supervision experience.The work will be a mix of care, domestic violence/non-molestation work along with private children matters.
You will be responsible for a team of Solicitors, Paralegals and Legal Assistants whilst successfully managing your own caseload. You will be expected to undertake your own advocacy and fully instruct counsel, agents and experts when required.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Member of the Law Society’s Children Law or Family Law Accreditation Scheme or willing to work towards
- Management/Leadership experience
- Proven experience of managing your own caseloads within public children matters
